2. What data we collect

For client companies (Request a pilot / Shortlist): Name, company name, work email, stack, type of work, estimated hours and selected anonymous expert codes. Used exclusively to prepare shortlists, scopes and commercial proposals.

For experts (Apply as an expert): Name, country, specialty, years of experience, LinkedIn URL, weekly availability and optional CV. We use your details solely to evaluate your technical background, contact you when a matching project arises and manage your legal contracting. Your personal name and contact details are never published in the public talent pool (/bench), which displays only anonymized resource sheets with your prior written consent.

3. Cookieless Analytics

hublance.ai uses first-party cookieless analytics that do not store tracking cookies on your device or share browsing profiles with third-party advertising networks.
